Work Steps


Before starting the project, we organize a kick-off meeting. We analyze together your objectives to be reached through the event, as well as all the details already known: number of guests, date, budget, format or other.


Within a few days, we will present you with a complete proposal for your event, including the venue, activities, decoration, catering, promotion plan and more. We also provide you with a timeline of deadlines until the event so that you can keep an overview of the whole project.


We will stay in touch regularly until the day of the event to keep you informed of the progress of its organization.
